Let us ReVIEW the old evidence and proof on how "We the people" can make "the" difference toward America's Energy Independence! No, I am not going to again write about Hydrogen Fuel Cells running off Free rain water and Free sunlight to make Free electricity on demand. Let us go back to what I taught since the 1980s and after reviewing the charts below, calculated those numbers into today's savings!

Enlarge the Compare and Save chart below. Review the few examples shown of a house that realizes an electric bill savings of $ 762.28 in one year after implementing recommended actions for just Lighting and an extra refrigerator / freezer.

PAYBACK for this investment that obtained the savings of $ 762.28 was in a fast 5 months and 3 weeks! The total yearly energy savings was well over $1,400.00 when additional energy saving actions that we recommended were taken. Payback for the entire investment that obtained these savings was less than 2 years!

Additional energy saving actions were in the following areas:
Heating,
Cooling,
Additional Appliances,
Insulation,
Domestic Hot Water.

Nevertheless, review the charts below and realize the saving with just "lights" in one house and then drop the numbers into your conversion App for today''s dollars saved.

Then DOULBE that number for the difference in today's Kilowatt Rate compared to the mid 1980s!

Then add another 20% savings to the total, since LED Light bulbs cost less than the old Fluorescent energy saving bulbs by at least 5% and because LEDs are more efficient they will use at least 15% less electricity compared to the older Fluorescent lightbulbs.

Powerful savings... Done by each individual.

There is an effort that just started at the Alley Pond Environmental Center (APEC) that needs our help to support a major "bird habitat area" that will enhance, and protect the ecosystem for birds, valuable pollinating insects, butterflies, and bees, that inhabit the highly urbanized environment of Queens, New York.

While Major organizations like the Audubon Society and Cornell Ornithology Laboratory have strong funding and do amazing work to protect bird populations on a national and international scale, the highly urbanized environment for birds around Alley Pond Environmental Center (APEC) needs our direct help.

Directly behind APEC's rear viewing deck, where APEC's headquarters building is located at 229-10 Northern Blvd., Douglaston, New York, initial steps have already started and are achieving great results. The view and access from the elevated rear observation deck allows all visitors to see and learn. Efforts have installed several feeding stations, nesting niches, birdhouse shelters and a variety of native plants. Volunteers under the leadership provided by William Nieter, former Director of APEC, are actively working to remove non-native invasive plants that occupy the area. Additionally, other amenities such as water sources, water and dust baths, as well as dedicated pollinator patches are being created. Visitors have already witnessed a variety of birds in the area and feeding at the new feeding stations.

APEC is creating a restricted and dedicated fund that will provide for this Bird site in perpetuity. Supplies, especially a regular supply of bird seed, may cost hundreds of dollars per year and feeding stations and nest boxes need to be maintained, repaired and replaced from time to time. With your help we aim to raise $5,000.00 that will create a self-sustaining fund for the site operations and expenses into the foreseeable future. Contributions above that goal will go directly to support educational and wildlife enhancement throughout our nearby park grounds. The United States Congress is reviewing the possibility to ending the requirement for all of us to change our “time telling” twice a year by keeping Standard Time or Daylight Savings Time.
We have all read about the pros and cons to each time setting method, therefore in the spirit of Going True Green blogs, I am presenting a solution. We will do both without changing time! We will change our schedules during the established time periods for “Free Time” schedule adjustments.
Evaluating all the benefits for the two ways with setting our clocks: circadian alignment, internal clocks, natural sun light, improved health, public safety, commuter safety, child safety, higher economic yield, mental health, and energy savings, we receive them all without changing time or our clocks! Here is how…

That earlier hour of darkness starting before 5 o’clock in the afternoon winter months and the later hour of light until 10:00 in the evening summer months offers no real benefits to the entire population. Especially for everyone on the eastern and western edges of the Time Zone.
Yet, all the benefits can be obtained under a “Free Time” schedule by operating within the following parameters when keeping Daylight Savings time or Standard Time. Instead of changing the clocks, each element of society is “free” to change their “hours of operation” to obtain all the benefits of Standard Time while we stay under Daylight Savings time. Additionally, today’s computers and cell phones make “free time” scheduling feasible.

School districts in the winter can start one hour later to have more daylight in the morning.
Employees, who are parents, will have the right to “Freely” change their work hours to match their children’s school districts hours of operation.
Municipalities would adjust shifts.
Companies can adjust hours of operation for better productivity, while allowing for individual exceptions.
Rush Hour will be less of a congested race.
Energy will be saved on both ends of the day.
Everyone will be telling the same time without the country changing clocks twice a year.

These parameters set the stage for issue solved. Now let us all get back to life and work.

When they cry that our environment is "doomed" they, in-turn, are really destroying our environment. Deflating the decades of actions from every individual who has taken action to make a difference within their own budget of time and money, is counter productive. This also applies to the individuals operating corporations with a good moral conscience because they have been prejudiced by grouping them all together as one with corrupt corporate leaders. That is what happens when there is no true investigating journalism. The reason to why investigative journalists exist only in small numbers today is because the cost of "investigating" is expensive. Making up your own controversial tale is cheaper and makes much higher profits.

Every movie about an apocalyptic event begins by ignoring an "unpretentious" scientist. Why? Because all the pretentious scientists, politicians, and sensationalist media people, are lying to us for the goal of making money and gaining power.

If we enable a system where pretentious politicians, media people, and scientists, benefit from perpetual energy and environmental crises that are only forged to make money and sustain power, and we further allow governments to break our laws for an "emergency", then real emergencies are created. The result is that the well being of ordinary, and especially poor people, is compromised while interests of the elitists are ensured.

The real issues and solutions are never heard about from the "unpretentious" intelligent people who are silenced and ignored. Therefore, issues with plastics and oxygen levels produced by our oceans' invisible green forest are lost in excess verbiage and a solution to our world's energy needs with Hydrogen Fuel Cells using Hydrogen obtained from rain water and produced only on demand is cancelled. All because these solutions have no money making bills for "we the people" to pay every month.

Keep crying wolf and nobody will do anything anymore to help our environment.

Crying Wolf enough times in movies, books, articles, talk shows, rules and laws, results in the TRUTH never being heard. Publishing statements without true scientific procedures or honest investigative actions, and then quietly retracting them, destroys people's trust and the actual elements claimed to be "saving". Even though prestigious journals, such as Nature, retracted a landmark climate economics study because the researchers admitted their data models were flawed...the damage was already done.

To provide just one example about how profitable exaggerations are, we have a recent claim that said today's babies will be born with a "Heat Stress Syndrome". Mothers having babies during extra hot summers created by climate change, will be the victims, stated the report. Such a report is but one example of exaggeration used to create a profitable narrative.

The above report is also misleading because we have changing climates, not "climate change". Using the term "climate change" as if an entire planet is having the same exact problem everywhere is misleading. We have parts of Earth colder and parts of our oceans warmer. In other words, we have a complex interconnecting, yet separate situations and issues.

Creating lies through the process of omission

Research where data shows we had a large area of Earth's climate being about 4.0 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial temperatures between 350 BC and 450 AD is continually ignored.

Most unpretentious scientists agree that we are at least 1.5 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial temperatures today. This quantitative assessment and research of this past warming period 2,000 years ago was conducted by Prof. Aldo Shemesh, head of the Environmental Sciences and Energy Research Department at the Weizmann Institute of Science. They performed an isotopic analysis of sediments from Hausberg Tarn, a lake on the slope of Mount Kenya 4,350 meters high. The results matched studies showing the same warming period of the Swedish part of Lapland, the southern Yukon territory, and Alaska 2,000 years ago.

Supporting data for this comes from the receding glaciers and ice patches in Norway and Canada that is caused by today’s current changing climate. As the ice recedes, human artifacts have been released from their frozen containment. Arrowheads, tunics, tools, and sandals. In 2022, a 1,700-year-old arrow was discovered by archeologists, showing that humans lived in areas that were recently covered by ice and glaciers. The dating of these artifacts goes back to matching the warming period between 2000-1500 years ago.

Rainforest alliance, going green, fair world project

Being GREEN isn't easy. Yes, this little green Rainforest Alliance frog has a hard job. The logo can be found on many products, such as, coffee, tea boxes, cocoa, chocolate, and bananas. This label is on any product that has been grown sustainably and part of the profits are sent to help Rainforest Alliance. The Rainforest Alliance teaches a sustainable life and use of land that creates a long term protection of our earth’s environment.

Additional data states that this Rainforest Alliance Certified seal is a signal to consumers that the product is friendly to the planet and to farmworkers. However, a recent report by the fair-trade watchdog organization Fair World Project, has presented that the Rainforest Alliance hasn't been consistent with the promises toward worker protections. The Fair World Project has also advised consumers to be skeptical of some certification groups, such as Rainforest Alliance who has been deemed "Unqualified to ensure farmworker justice" due to frailty in audits conducted.

Ready for this one... Here we have a label that certified farmers use when they use a management system known as, "Biointensive Integrated Pest Management."

Who is involved with this management system comes down to some potato farmers. The state of Wisconsin hosts a few farmers and that program in Wisconsin is known under the name Healthy Grown Potatoes. The seal of Protected Harvest is used by these members. I am sure there are other farmers growing other products, but a listing was not readily available when researching this label.

Protected Harvest is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and is Headquartered in Soquel, California. The organization provides independent, third-party certification for sustainably grown agricultural products.

The primary mission is to advance verifiable sustainable practices by establishing rigorous, peer-reviewed environmental standards. Translation: This label means, more or less, that the farmers are using a less toxic pesticide. Perhaps Organic labels are better.

To have a better understanding of Ground and Climate Conditions in Jerusalem two thousand years ago we have to include the results from studies done by Prof. Aldo Shemesh, head of the Environmental Sciences and Energy Research Department at the Weizmann Institute of Science. He collected core samples from the glacial lake, Hausberg Tarn, on Mount Kenya. These samples provided us with strong evidence for what the ground temperatures would have been in Jerusalem 2,000 years ago.

Also multiple studies have been done by different Institutes from around the world on soil layers at Ein Gedi Spa, near the Dead Sea. These layers have been recently exposed by that area's current changing climate causing the water to recede. The layers of soil demonstrates that several times in the past the waters have receded like today. The layers also give us a time frame for when certain events occurred, such as earthquakes and dust storms.

Also do we have any evidence to what date Jesus was crucified and what is that evidence based upon?
First a set of criteria has to be met and work in tandem to provide a date for Jesus' crucifixion:

·      Historical archeological and written evidence that Pontius Pilate was ruling Judea.

·      Multiple Jewish holidays all occurring on the same weekend. Only two years are coinciding with these criteria: AD 30 and AD 33.

·      Celestial positions of moon and sun over Jerusalem on said date are confirmed with modern computer accuracy for only 33 AD.

·      Celestial calculations incorporate the Delta T equation, showing adjustments for all the changes in Earth’s orbit around the sun over 2,000 years. End results give us a Blood Red Moon over Jerusalem right after sundown on the evening of the crucifixion. Again, only in 33 AD.

·      Additionally, from peer reviewed scientific research we have samples from soil layers at Ein Gedi Spa, near the Dead Sea. These layers have been recently exposed by that area's current changing climate causing the water to recede. The layers of soil demonstrate that several times in the past the waters have receded like today. The layers also give us a time frame for when certain events occurred, such as earthquakes and dust storms. Dating the layers shows disturbed soil from an earthquake dated to AD 33. On top of the disturbed earthquake soil is a layer of dust from a dust storm with pollen that comes from plants that pollinate in the Springtime. (April) Therefore, confirming an earthquake and a dust storm event that blocked out the sun for three hours in the afternoon.

·      Only year to meet all the above is AD 33. The date for all this is: Friday, the third of April, 33 AD.

Good Friday this year is on the date that scientific evidence gives the most credence as the actual date Jesus was crucified: AD 33, Friday, April 3rd.

Both of these are a fast break-down to what the label tells us:
First know with Pasture labels there are no independent certifications of this label. So we don't know for sure if the label was just slapped on or actually tells us that the animals were free to move about their natural habitat and eat grass or plants that are normally consumed.

Pasteurized for Eggs, Apple cider, milk, juices, etc. means the product has been exposed to high heat to destroy potential bacteria. Pasteurization may reduce the amount of vitamins in the eggs, as well as nutrients in milk and juices. Flash Pasteurization means extremely high heat for a shorter period of time. The vitamins and nutrients are still at risk.

Way back in the year 2000, a study was done that produced a published paper that contended the active ingredient in Roundup, glyphosate, did not cause cancer.

Today, because of the discovery showing previously hidden or ignored emails that present undisclosed industry involvement, numerous oversight lapses and undisclosed connections with Monsanto who manufactures Roundup, that paper for the year 2,000 has been officially retracted! "Serious ethical concerns" has been cited as one of the reasons.

Apparently investigators found evidence that Monsanto employees participated in drafting the study's paper and perhaps payments were made to the authors. Thus, destroying all the paper's research and bringing the paper's integrity into question. There was no true transparency about who and how this paper came about.

Last year in 2025 we have different independent studies that were published linking glyphosate exposure to increased cancer risks. All this new information brings me back to my GTG blog called: Homemade Weed Killer on July 9, 2014. By just using some common sense, we have an effective alternative to store bought weed killers.

A herbicide's job is to kill and while it may not kill us immediately, it sure may cause damage that can lead to what we have seen over the decades. The evidence for herbicide's carcinogenic potential is very strong. Enough Said.
