Paying high monthly utility bills has become an acceptable penalization for not being taught another way that saves money, energy and our Earth.
Without the details, trade secrets, facts and truth, we become mesmerized consumers buying a bill of goods. Learn the details to saving Big Time.
Access to CHECKLISTS (member's only link)
After any video or on-line class, most of us can use a reminder to assure ourselves that we address every item. Our Checklists on various topics and projects can be printed out and held in hand, so we know that we or the contractor completed the job well.
Today's society is fast paced and that leaves a large margin for errors. Our Quick videos narrow that margin and then with our online classes, together we can erase the margin of error. Videos ranging from Gardens to Heating; from Basement to Attic and
from Solar to Windows.
P.S. The above image shows how I cut my lawn: No gas, No noise, No oil, No electricity, and at times... no energy on my part!
For many, being detailed oriented is key to not being Sold a Bill of Goods and learning how to do something right the first time, so not to waste any time. However, we also know our limitations and get help from others by always communicating and working together as a team. Our GTG classes support this theme.

My 84 year old neighbor was flustered by the estimated oil company's service cost. I gave her a list of questions to ask when they returned to do the work. The day after the serviceman finished, I asked how things went. She exclaimed, "Oh Bill it was wonderful. I memorize the questions you gave me and asked with authority. He was like a deer in the headlights of my car and I knew he was thinking to himself, 'How does this old lady know about a Steady State Efficiency Test?' "
