Yes, look to see what the "SEER" is on any Central Air Conditioning unit you are thinking of buying.
The Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating is very important. The higher the number the better.
For Window units look to see what the "EER" is on the model's label.
The Energy Efficiency Rating is very important. Again, the higher the number the better.
