Yes, these buildings are Eco-friendly, but only because they met some LEED requirements or addressed some energy saving steps. We have yet to see all areas fully addressed in order to be a "true green zero footprint" structure. In fact, many architects have told us that even if all the LEED requirements are done, the structure and the operation of that building still didn't do all the "green" actions possible to save energy, money and our environment.
